Sincerity Pays

I recently noticed what a tinge of sincerity can do to uplift one's standard of living or make a mark at a workplace. These go a long way to build up confidence among the clients or even among customers. They end up to be long lasting partners in the relationship. It can turn anyone's fortune around.

This aspect of workplace ethos was seen by me in the life of a person with odd jobs. He does any kind of job with great sincerity. Coming up from a third world neighbouring Country, every kind of work is done by him and he never throws up tantrums when asked to go the extra mile.

But contrastingly, another peer of his in the gated complex of my relative is very annoying at work. This domestic help has fits of rage and a lot of lame excuses. Needless to say, nobody employs her in the gated community, but only a handful of residents.

To make matters worse, she does not think that an introspection needs to be done in her worklife. The lack of this will to improve also puts a stranglehold on her income. While this is not the case in the former person's case. He rakes up huge money.

What is needed in the life of a lazy and hard hearted person is to be available to every one with sincerity. This heart-to-heart approach can go a long way to cement ties with employers and be part of a greater rung of life at workplace.

Work matters a lot and the attitude therein too!
