People at their workplaces need to be very strict about the kind of colleagues they be with. This, in fact, decides their further course and progress at this job. It even creates an attitude or liking about things such close coworkers can project on them. Good company of colleagues helps to strive and work hard at the office. It also puts one in favour and at par with other sincere, hardworking peers. There was a time when a person was making a mark at a new workplace.
